Free Live at Night Concert Series Returns in September

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The popular concert series “Live at Night” returns this fall to Waterway Square in The Woodlands with live outdoor music every Saturday, September 14 – October 12, 2013 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

The fall schedule starts on September 14 with the classic rock and R&B sounds of Rockit Bayou. The Buck Yeager Band will present the best of today’s country and originals September 21 followed by the variety songs of the Sugarland Brass Company on September 28. On October 5, enjoy the jazz tunes of Perry Richard and round out the fall “Live at Night” schedule on October 12 with a performance by David Dunn, a Christian alternative and pop artist.

The free “Live at Night” series is produced by The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau and open to the public thanks to The Woodlands Development Company, Kyle Sherburne – State Farm Insurance, Kroger, Munday Chevrolet, Xfinity, Stepping Stones, Gigi’s Cupcakes and SkyGod Productions.

“The Woodlands has become a great destination for live music due in large part to events such as Live at Night,” says Nick Wolda, president of The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau. “It’s a great outing for couples or the entire family.”

Paid covered parking is available in the 24 Waterway Parking Garage (located at corner of Fountain Plaza & Lake Robbins Drive), the Waterway Square Parking Garage (between Fountain Plaza and Woodloch Court) and the surface parking lot along the corner of Waterway Avenue and Timberloch Place. “Live at Night” attendees will also find limited, free curbside parking along Lake Robbins Drive, Waterway Avenue, Waterway Square Place, and Timberloch Place.
