Houston Ballet Guild Celebrates 40th Anniversary

HOUSTON, TX – Houston Ballet Guild’s President, Mary Alice Parmet, is proud to announce that the Guild’s Fall Coffee on Thursday, Oct. 3rd will celebrate its 40th Anniversary. Beginning at 10 am, the event will be held in the home of Becca Cason Thrash, 306 Longwoods Lane 77024.

Chaired by Dee Darby, Cheryl Gallagher and Jeannie Chandler, the event will also honor all of the Guild’s Founding Members, all past Presidents and all Joanne Isaacman Award recipients (recognition for outstanding volunteer of the year). One of the Founding Members who has remained a member for all 40 years, Dorothy Knox Houghton, will cut the 40th Anniversary Cake.
