Spartan Energy Leases Class A Office Space in Market Street in the Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Spartan Energy has leased 12,000 square feet of Class-A office space in Market Street – The Woodlands, joining a cluster of office tenants in professional services, financial services and healthcare located above the destination’s shopping, dining and entertainment venues.

In preparation for Spartan Energy and its 40 employees, the building previously occupied by Borders will be transformed with an impressive, all-glass entry to create a modern, sophisticated office appearance amidst Market Street’s retailers and restaurants.

Spartan Energy will occupy second-floor space above ground-level boutiques Kate Spade, Elaine Turner and Calypso St. Barth.
