The Professional Bondmen of Harris County’s 6th Annual Christmas Gala Featuring “The Mayberry Deputy – David Browning”

HOUSTON, TX – The Professional Bondsmen of Harris County will hold their 6th annual Be An Angel Christmas Gala on Saturday, November 30.  Beginning at 6 p.m. the event will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant, 2019 Post Oak Blvd. (77056).

Chaired by Judy Warren and Glenda Tanner, the evening includes cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions and entertainment. Sunny 99.1 Radio’s Dana Tyson will handle the emcee duties; Senator Dan Patrick is the featured guest speaker.

The evening’s entertainer, David Browning, has been a popular improvisational actor, speaker and host using such characters as The Mayberry Deputy. Browning’s Mayberry Deputy incorporates costume, gestures, facial expressions and audience participation to provide an atmosphere of good clean fun. Don Knott, actor and original “Barney Fife” said <em “mso-bidi-font-style:=”” normal”=””>“The Mayberry Deputy/David Browning is A BRIDGE between the Andy Griffith Show and today.”

The Harris County bail agents play a vital role in the criminal justice system.  They not only assist law enforcement, they support the District Attorney’s Retirement Fund and they help defendants get their lives back on track. The Professional Bondsmen of Harris County is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
