Hyatt Market Street Celebrates New Year’s Eve with Dinner, Dancing and Midnight Champagne Toast

The boutique hotel’s celebration starts with an amazing, five-course meal beginning with your choice of Bacon-Wrapped Diver Scallops or Roasted Red Pepper Saffron Aioli and Toasted Local Ciabatta followed by a fresh salad of Baby Field Greens.  For the main course, enjoy a tender Filet of Beef Tenderloin in a Black Fig and Port Wine Reduction or served with Orange-Glazed Baby Carrots and Root Vegetable Medley with Tri-Color Potato Gratin.

A Blood Orange Mimosa Sorbet with Fresh Berries will prepare your palate for a choice of two wonderful New Year’s Eve desserts: Pomegranate-Infused Chocolate Tart or Candied Kumquat Relish and Pomegranate Puree.

After dinner, enjoy dancing to the pop tunes of the Jimmy Hunter Band leading up to the countdown and the midnight champagne toast.
