The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau Seeks Sound Services Provider for Upcoming Events

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking proposals from companies for amplified sound engineering and equipment services for various events produced by the CVB.

The CVB’s Request for Quote (RFQ) calls for sound services for the spring and fall series of Live at Night, Memorial Day Weekend in The Woodlands, Waterway Nights, Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands and Caroling on the Square.

Applicants must submit their sealed quote with all quote packet documents and any attachments to The Woodlands CVB, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, Texas, 77381, by Monday, February 10, 2014 at 5 p.m.
