A Look Inside The Woodlands Craft Beer & Music Festival

The inaugural Woodlands Craft Beer & Music Festival was a hit! Myself as well as two other Woodlands Journal media professionals Forse Media and Elliott Soeder, had the opportunity to be there both Friday and Saturday to get the full feel of what the festival had to offer. The event had numerous sponsors and presenters with Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands being the headlining presenter of the event.

Ted Widen and Ken Monro of Chicago Scene Magazine – Nightlife, Dining, Shopping, Events and Entertainment Guide, partnered up with Conroe’s very own Scott Levantino owner of both Burgerfresh locations Conroe and Montgomery to bring this event to The Woodlands.

We were able to talk with and get insight from a lot of people and get some phenomenal pictures and video footage of the event. If you see yourself in any of the pictures or videos in the article please feel free to tag yourself in them on our Woodlands Journal Facebook Page and share it with your friends.

Del Frisco'sThe Festival had many breweries and beer styles to choose from giving the crowd a broad selection of tastes to please their palate. Also on site was Griffin Meadery of Willis, TX and Virtue Coffee of Tomball, TX. We were able to catch up with Carson Hammett of Virtue Coffee who let us try the vanilla infused blend he had on tap, and it was nothing short of amazing! You can find Virtue Coffee in some of your favorite Craft Beer pubs and restaurants including Hop Scholar Ale House and Local Pour.
