John McMullen, Matthew Burton and Laura Fillault, the three candidates for The Woodlands Township Board of Directors, who campaigned as Residents’ Advocates joined together at La Trattoria Tuscano in The Woodlands on Election night to watch the results with other attendees including Commissioner James Noack, Gordy Bunch, Steve Toth, Bill O’Sullivan, Texas Patriots PAC, The Montgomery County Tea Party and family and friends.

The winners of the election for Township Positions are as follows:

• Position 5: John McMullen
• Position 6: Ann K. Snyder
• Position 7: Laura Fillault

Ann Snyder was the only winning candidate who was not in attendance at the watch party, but we were able to keep up with her updates and congratulations via her Ann K. Snyder for The Woodlands Township Position 6 Facebook page.

Throughout the night there was anticipation from each candidate and their supporters before the final vote ballot was in as everyone waited for the results, but there was a spirit of victory in the air that couldn’t help but be felt.
