Former College Park High School Student Enrique Capitaine Marin and two other suspected of kidnapping and rape allegations could still be hiding out in The Woodlands.

Since leaving The Woodlands after running into trouble, Enrique moved back to Nautla, Veracruz where his family has strong political ties and his father is a politician. There Marin started running with a group called “Los Porkys” who are mainly sons of influential and wealthy families in Mexico.

News tips broke early last week that Marin had fled his recent residence in Nautla, Veracruz on accounts of the kidnapping and raping a 15 year old minor with three other suspects from the “Los Porky’s” gang.

It was reported by CBS News that some people claimed to have seen Capitaine Enrique Marin, Cotaita Jorge Enrique and Gerarod Rodriguez boarding a flight to Houston and his father is rumored to have a house in The Woodlands, TX.

It’s not yet fact, and still has yet to be verified, but we’ve received numerous messages on The Woodlands Journal Facebook page from a citizen of Veracruz, who believes Enrique Capitaine Marin may still be hiding out somewhere here in The Woodlands or close by.

We have included some of the messages below we received, but have left out the tippers name for security and safety purposes.

Be aware, there is no proof at this time that any of these criminals are here in The Woodlands, but some sources seem to believe at least Enrique may have been heading here after being seen boarding a plane to Houston, and being his father has a home in the area, but that is still uncertain. The main thing to remember is that if you see or hear anything about any of these fugitives in the community, contact your local police asap.

El Universal reported today that “In the coming hours the Veracruz State prosecutor (FGE) will announce the progress in the investigations into the case known as “Los Porkys”, in which four young are marked with the alleged rape of the minor Daphne Fernandez.”

In a video Anonymous released photographs, videos and telephone numbers of the four young men from Veracruz. The video also showed images of their relatives (parents, sisters, aunts) as well as of their businesses and video confessions admitting they raped Daphne Fernandez.

Another local news source Woodlands Monocle also let Enrique Capitaine Marin know, “You can run, but you can’t hide here.”
