Hyatt Market Street Presents Thanksgiving Day Brunch with Morning, Noon and Afternoon Seating

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Hyatt Market Street will present a Thanksgiving Day Brunch complete with an impressive selection of traditional Thanksgiving favorites, made-to-order breakfast items, fresh-baked desserts and a children’s buffet.

With seating at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m., Hyatt Market Street’s Thanksgiving Day Brunch is expected to fill quickly.  Reservations are required by calling 281-203-5005, ext. 113.  The boutique hotel is located within Market Street – The Woodlands at 9595 Six Pines Drive.

Enjoy traditional Thanksgiving Day favorites including a Cajun Roasted Breast of Turkey with Andouille Gravy, Sliced Country Ham with Cranberry Pineapple Glaze, Roasted Garlic Yukon Potato Mash, Sautéed Haricot Vert with Baby Carrots, Candied Yams with Chipotle, Marshmallows and Pecans, Cornbread Stuffing with Chorizo, Apple, Cranberry and Sweet Corn.

Cold selections include Trough-Lightly Poached Gulf Shrimp with a Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce and Cajun Remoulade, a local and imported cheese board, seasonal fruit display with Lavosh and house flat breads, Baby Field Greens, Tri-Color Potato Salad and a Three-Bean Salad.

Breakfast selections include made-to-order Omelets with farm-fresh, cage-free eggs, made-to-order Belgian Waffles, Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits with Peppercorn Cream Gravy, Natural Bacon and Chicken Sausage with Feta, Spinach and Cranberry.

The brunch buffet presentation also offers items fresh from the Hyatt Market Street bakery:  Bourbon Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake with Chantilly Cream, assorted cakes, pies, mini pastries and tarts, breakfast breads, muffins and Danish.

Market Street’s Thanksgiving Day Brunch is $60 person.  Children 12 and under are $25; kids under six are free.
